The project has developed from a feasibility study to provide 5 flats including a pre-app, then as two houses and this final scheme a single contemporary house set within its own plot. 

Ai rendering has provided a unique insight into a various material palettes that has allowed us to expand our view beyond the simple material palette offered locally. 

Whilst this would challenge the Planners perspective we feel it provides a developed palette, not simply copying the surroundings.
