Planning Granted

The proposal involved redesigning the house to add more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a new extension for a kitchen, dining, and family room, plus a study and parking. It was submitted as a planning application and subsequently a permitted development application to get approval. A flood risk assessment was included because the house is in Flood Zone 3, prepared by a separate consultant.
