Typology Architects were commissioned by Palatium Properties to develop this under-used site on a steeply sloping plot close to Purley Train Station. The existing family house is to be demolished with a new 4-5 storey apartment block containing 9 flats, parking and associated landscaping, compliant with the London Plan, local development planning policies and revised Building Regs Part B legislation.
